Gogo VIP Oshkosh Experience Sweepstakes Rules 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Promotion Description: The ‘Gogo VIP Oshkosh Experience’ ("Sweepstakes") begins on 06/25/2017 at 11:00 PM (Mountain Time (US & Canada)) and ends on 07/18/2017 at 11:59 AM (Mountain Time (US & Canada)) (the "Promotion Period"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Gogo LLC ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries and the overall administration of the giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. 

 

1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older who own or operate an aircraft. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, dealers, OEMs, and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize.
2. How to Enter: To enter, visit http://learn.business.gogoair.com/GogoVIPExperience.html and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry form. Incomplete submissions are void.

 

Limit one (1) entry per person. Automated or robotic entries submitted are prohibited. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or by any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, may result in disqualification. Final eligibility for any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. Sponsor's database clock will be the official time keeper for this Sweepstakes. Each entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. An “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address tied to an entry.

 

1. Winner Selection/Notification: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Judges’ decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.  Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information. Potential winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within 48 hours of notification. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively "the Prize Claim Documents"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

 

1. Prizes/Odds: Ten (10) prizes are available. Each prize is a Gogo VIP Oshkosh experience, consisting of invitation to Gogo suite, Invitiation to Gogo airshow party, Gogo Swag, ticket to the young eagles dinner. Approximate retail value (ARV) $ 1,500. Prize does not include travel, lodging or Oshkosh 2017 ticket.

 

Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason.  Potential winner (a) is responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize, and (b) may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”).  If an eligible winner is not of legal age of majority in his or her state of residence (a “minor”), at Sponsor’s option, the applicable prize either may be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian of winner, or parent or legal guardian of winner may be required to ratify and sign all Prize Claim Documents. 

 

Odds:  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

5. Prize Conditions: Sponsor may conduct a background check to confirm eligibility and compliance with these rules.  By entering, you agree to cooperate reasonably with any such background check.  Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.  If a potential winner or potential guest has engaged in or does engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation or business of any sponsor, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.   Each potential winner and potential guest must also comply with all requirements for proper and appropriate behavior during any prize-related activities or events. Any inappropriate behavior, as determined by sponsor in its sole discretion, may result in removal from any activity or event.

 

 

6. Privacy: All entrants acknowledge that if they are chosen as a winner, certain of their personally identifying information may be disclosed to third parties at least as required by law, including, without limitation, on a winner's list. All personal information submitted as part of the Sweepstakes may be shared by and between the Promotion Entities, and each of the Promotion Entities will use such information in accordance with their respective independent online privacy policies. 7. Additional Rules: Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile device or computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.

 

By participating, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, and to select winners from among the eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded.  If, for any reason, more bona fide winners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize set forth in these Official Rules, the winners, or remaining winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prize(s).  Inclusion in such drawing shall be your sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances. Entry constitutes consent to the use of winner's name, voice, picture, and/or likeness, in any and all media without restriction of any kind whatsoever, without compensation for promotion purposes to the extent allowed by law.

 

8. Release of Liability:  By participating, you release Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and against  any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly provided in these Official Rules.  By participating, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Official Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in the state of Illinois New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above are inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.

 

 

 

9. Winner List: For the names of the prize winners, available two weeks after the end of the Promotion Period, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Gogo LLC cc: Oshkosh VIP Experience / Marketing at 105 Edgeview Drive Suite 300, Broomfield, CO 80013. Request must be received no later than 6 months after the end of the Promotion Period.
